Exceptions include: breakage of parts or damage due to mishandling or if the timepiece has been worked on by the owner or another repairman. Non-complete overhaul work does not carry a warranty. We gladly do house calls on grandfather clocks within the greater Denver, Castle Rock, and Parker metropolitan areas.
